A new study commissioned by Lemsip Max All Night Cold & Flu Tablets* reveals the true extent of the nation's irregular sleeping patterns, with 29 percent1 of respondents suffering a disturbed night's sleep 5-7 nights a week and 27 percent being awoken 1-2 nights every week.
Over half of women reported that the sound of snoring would wake them from their sleep (53.8 percent1) and It seems that unwelcome bed-time noises are such a nightmare for both sexes that almost a third of us (32.3 percent) have had to move our bedroom to another room in the house to get a peaceful nights sleep.
The survey1 highlights the many irritations that have a negative impact on our sleep. A lack of sleep can lead to many problems, including making us feel distracted, foggy and forgetful2. Over half of respondents said that they felt irritable (54 percent) and had decreased concentration levels (53.2 percent) after a disturbed night's sleep.
